1. Rules
1.1. The regatta will be governed by the WS racing rules of sailing 2021-2024.

2. Advertising
2.1 2.1 Boats will be required to display advertising chosen and supplied by the organising authority.

3. Eligibility and entry
3.1. The regatta is open to the monohull and multihull boats form 7m further.
3.2. The regatta is open to the ORC certificated boats.
3.3. The Race Committee may subdivide each class group into classes, including creating one-design or level-rating classes where entry numbers permit, or combine class groups into a single class, or re- assign any entry between class groups at its discretion.
3.4. Eligible boats may enter by completing the entry form online.

4. Entry fees
4.1. Entry fees are 50 Eur per crew member and 100 eur per yacht.
4.2. Entry fees shall be paid no later than on the final registration at the “regatta office” in Split on 18th September 2021.

5. Registration and Ratings
5.1. Each boat shall send a representative to complete the boat’s registration till 22.00 on Saturday, 18.09.2021 at the “regatta office” in Nautika Centar Nava Marina, Split.
5.2. No rating certificate shall be changed after 18.00 on the day of final registration.

7. Identification
7.1. All boats will get special starting numbers which should be attached on the bow of each racing boat with care and should be there till end of regatta. Boats without starting numbers will be scored as DNF.

8. Sailing Instructions
Sailing Instructions will be available by the day of final registration in Split on Saturday, 18.9.2021 till 22.00;

9. Skipper’s meeting
Skipper’s meeting’s will be held each morning and are obligate for each skipper or boat representative.

10. Venue
10.1. The regatta office will be at “NAUTIKA CENTAR NAVA, Uvala Baluni, 21000 Split, Croatia.
10.2. Racing territory will be between Split and islands Šolta and Brač and Hvar.

11. Courses
11.1. Course and mark descriptions will be distributed with the Sailing Instructions.

12. Scoring
12.1.One race is required to be completed to constitute a series.
12.2 All competitors and their yacht will be set to groups up to their LOA beginning from the smallest yacht starting from 7,00m and further each meter for one group. In case there is a group with less than 3(three) yachts they will be added to the longer-bigger group. Groups will be set before start on the skipper’s meeting.

13. Prizes
13.1. Following prizes will be awarded:
a) 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division
b) 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in ORC
c) Overall winner will get the transitional cup.
d) special sponsor prizes

14. Disclaimer of liability
Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk in accordance with Rule 4, Decision to Race. The organising authority and its affiliates, will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.

15. Photographic and media rights
Competitors grant the organising authority the unrestricted right and permission to use the name and/or image for any text, photograph or video footage of either themselves or the boat they are sailing during the event to be published or broadcast in any media whatsoever (including but not limited to press and TV advertisements or internet), for either editorial or advertising purposes or to be used in press information; in this respect, competitors’ names and any biographical material of themselves may also be used or reproduced in any way known.
